Leslie Knope Goes Bowling For Votes on Parks and Entertainment

Amy Poehler Leslie Knope's Pawnee City Council campaign lands within the gutter tonight on Parks and Entertainment when she stages a meet-and-greet that becomes a huge alley-oops (8:30/7:30c, NBC). "She does an emphasis group and there's that one guy who's like, 'I have no idea, I simply can't stand her...she does not appear such as the person I wanna go bowling with,'" describes star Amy Poehler. "So Leslie, in her own usual bulldog way, manages to lose sight from the large picture and stays the entire episode looking to get that one guy to love her. She hosts this bowling event and delicately invites the man hoping getting his election." Obviously, being virtually awesome, Leslie has quite the arm, but must hide her capabilities to be able to keep her naysayer from disliking her much more. "Oh, she's excellent," states Poehler, adding that they even acquired a couple of pointers from her alter ego. "Through the finish of [filming], I had been getting much, far better.Inch Within the next lane over, attempts by Ron, Ann and Tom to consider lower some hooks deteriorate right into a "psychodrama," states executive producer Mike Schur. "Tom comes clothed in superfancy Tom Haverford-style bowling clothes. He's a leather jacket having a scorpion around the back as well as an Entertainment 720 bowling ball." However, it works out the doofus has really got a bit of mad abilities...despite his maddening technique. "Tom bowls between his legs just like a toddler and Ron is humiliated for him," states Schur. "But he begins to conquer Ron, and Ron will get really upset about this.Inch Same with mtss is a lucky strike for that Pawnee posse? Well, we can not let you know whether Leslie wins over her hater, but Poehler does admit that "there's kissing and punching within this episode. Kissing, punching and bowling. It's such as the perfect Thursday evening." We are game! Sign up for TV Guide Magazine now!
